The Christmas Village, Covent Garden 2021
“When visiting The East Piazza of Covent Garden this Christmas, you’ll find the festive Ramsbury Forest Domes in the Covent Garden Christmas Village. The village pop-up will be home to a festive food market, bars, a winter forest archway, and of course, Santa’s sleigh. Traditional gifts and high-quality crafts will be available to buy around the market for those keen to do a little Christmas shopping.”
Santa’s Sleigh, Covent Garden 2022 & 2023
“The Christmas sleigh is located in the South Hall of the Market and has been reconditioned from the 1884 carriage. British artist James General hand-painted the carriage for you to sit on and have your photographs taken. There can sometimes be quite a queue, so be patient. You will get your turn!”
Summer Festival, Covent Garden 2021
“The Summer Festival at Covent Garden launches in June, bringing a Spritz Bar, street food concepts, daily music and live entertainment to the East Piazza. The floral arch tunnel is perfect for those instagram shots. A main Fever Tree bar serving a curated Spritz menu, alongside a Parisian terrace themed Stella Artois bar serving premium beers and Aperitivo nibbles. Both will be hosting live masterclasses and appearances from London’s top mixologists throughout the Summer. Seating over 200 people and running until end of September, the experience will include family friendly stages and screens to showcase live up-and-coming musical talent performances and daily Wimbledon screenings.”
Crown Jewels Garden, Covent Garden 2023
“Introducing the brand new bespoke Coronation pub experience ‘The Crown Jewels Garden’ - open on the East Piazza. Serving a host of British drinks brands to quench your thirst, including Aspall Cider, Sharps and Tarquins Gin. Meet the makers and enjoy talks on the heritage of these British drinks brands every Tuesday and Wednesday.
In true English style, take a bite from traditional bar snacks including pork and fennel and vegan sausage rolls, pies and more.”
